Joe and his team will present proven biblical principles of conflict management and ministry team development. The goal is to proclaim the Gospel through conflict, resulting in ministry relationships that honor God. Principles include identifying conflict tendencies, triggers, intentional communication methods, how to evaluate the inner person, and team dynamics through the DISC behavioral assessment. The seminar will apply relational principles to ministry teams with the goal of team harmony and development.

Joe is a "systems thinker," viewing families and ministry organizations as an emotional system. Before vocational ministry, Joe was an engineer in the wireless technology sector. Throughout his twenty years of ministry, Joe served on staff at two churches of Christ and was an organizational Board member for homeless shelters and other community-based organizations in the field of mental health. Each year, Joe conducts workshops throughout the Midwest and the East Coast. Married to Vikki for thirty years, Joe is the father of four adult children. He and Vikki have six grandchildren.
