The goal is to proclaim the Gospel through conflict, resulting in ministry relationships that honor God. Principles include identifying conflict tendencies, triggers, intentional communication methods, how to evaluate the inner person, and team dynamics through the DISC behavioral assessment. The seminar will apply relational principles to ministry teams with the goal of team harmony and development.

Using biblical narratives and doctrine, the WCCH team will teach practical approaches to fulfill the words of Jesus, “First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift” (Matthew 5:24). The “gift” offered by Kingdom servants is preaching, teaching, evangelism, pastoral care, and ministry leadership. Too often, conflict within a dysfunctional ministry team undermines these essential roles. Therefore, God calls each Kingdom servant to intentionally manage conflict. These transportable principles will benefit any size of church, ministry organization, or family.

Joe is a "systems thinker," viewing families and ministry organizations as an emotional system.
