Whether we realize it or not, everyone knows what synergy is. It occurs when two people accomplish more working together than they could working separately. Ultimate Synergy, however, happens when you build such a winning culture in your church or organization, that you end up accomplishing way more than you ever could have imagined.
To help us better understand the dynamics behind Ultimate Synergy and developing a Winning Culture, the CRA will be hosting a one-day seminar on Thursday, May 1, 2024, beginning at 9:00 am, entitled “Ultimate Synergy — Developing a Winning Culture.” The seminar will be led by Travis Jacob, Executive Director of Advance Center for Ministry Training, located in Kissimmee, Florida.
In this seminar, Travis will present timeless principles from his book Ultimate Synergy. These principles are "timeless" because they are biblical, specifically, found in the book of Nehemiah. We will examine the principles Nehemiah demonstrated that produced such a winning, unstoppable culture. They are principles that still work today. They will work with your staff. They will work with your elders and deacons. They will work with your volunteers. They will even work with your family. Any church or organization that does what Nehemiah did can produce great results like they did. Results that can only be attributed to God.
Travis Jacob is the Executive Director of Advance Center for Ministry Training, a two-year certificate program that trains visionary leaders for the church. Travis excels in the areas of leadership and team development. he has served in executive roles in multiple churches as well as an administrator at Boise Bible College, focusing on leadership development, building organizational structures, operating systems, and human resources. he also serves as a consultant teaching the ultimate Synergy principles with churches as well as non-profit organizations and companies.
